As I alluded to in my last post, there has not been enough discussion of the mysterious developments known as "Minnesota Sports Teams Finding A Way to Send Their Best Players to Boston." KG? Big Papi? Randy Moss?
Doing a little e-research, I found THIS: The Minnesota Boston Terrier Club... According to their website, "The Minnesota Boston Terrier Club (MBTC) is an affiliate club of the BOSTON TERRIER CLUB OF AMERICA. We are a group of many members. Many of us simply enjoy our pets while others show their dogs in the conformation ring, the obedience ring, and at agility trials."
And what year was the Minnesota Boston Terrier Club founded? 1947.
1947! That just so happens to be the same year that the United Nations took control of Trieste under an Allied Military government.
Trieste, the city that just happens to be the location of the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics.
Abdus Salam who "coincidentally" won his Nobel Prize for his work on the Electro-Weak Theory!
I KNOW!
According to the "Electro-Weak Theory", if that is its real name: "Although [electromagnetism and weak interaction] appear very different at everyday low
energies, the theory models them as two different aspects of the same
force. Above the unification energy, on the order of 102 GeV, they would merge into a single electroweak force. Thus if the universe is hot enough (approximately 1015 K, a temperature reached early in the Big Bang) then the electromagnetic force and weak force will merge into a combined electroweak force."
GeV? You ask. Ein Gev? Ring any bells? Ein Gev is a kibbutz located near the Sea of Galilei. AND ALSO near the archeological ruins of the ancient city of Hippos! A city that just happened to be controlled by the same Roman empire that ruled Trieste!
And according to Wikipedia, "In the New Testament, when Jesus mentions a 'city set upon a hill' that 'cannot be hidden'...he may have been referring to Hippos." Now if we just replace "may" with "definitely"...AHA!
Minnesota...Boston...cities on hills!! What's more, if we recall, in 1947 the city of Trieste was placed under an Allied Military government headed by a Brit named Sir Terence Airey. Now, during World War II, Airey met with SS General Karl Wolff to discuss Nazi surrender. The deal fell through as Wolff could not guarantee unconditional surrender by all German forces and Stalin became suspicious of being cut out of a post-war settlement. BUT AFTER THE WAR, Airey would join the ultra-secretive organization known as the Bilderberg Group!
Founded in 1954, the Bilderberg Group (!) "is an unofficial annual invitation-only conference of around 130 guests, most of whom are persons of influence in the fields of business, media, and politics...The original intention of the Bilderberg Group was to further the understanding between Western Europe and North America through informal meetings between powerful individuals." (Wiki)
Chet Baker, his famous album Boston, 1954...you're thinking? A red herring!
For who won the 1954 NBA Title...the George Mikan-led Minneapolis Lakers! After the season, Mikan retired and Minnesota has yet to win another NBA championship...what's that smell? Fishy, you say? You see, before Syracuse lost to Minnie in the finals, they played Boston. The Boston-Syracuse series has gone down as one of the roughest playoff contests in Lig history.
According to NBA.com, "'The press took to
calling us the 'bandage brigade,' recalled [Dolph] Schayes [father of Danny Schayes!], who finished the playoffs with a cast on his wrist." A wrist that was BROKEN by the Celts! AHA! A deal with the devil. In exchange for the bloodying of the Syracuse Nats and the 1954 NBA Championship, the Great Sports Council of Minneapolis (GSCMn) agreed to help the Great Sports Council of Boston (GSCB) for exactly 53 years by shipping their best pro-talent to Beantown!
And what happened a leap year before the Minnie Championship? The Minnesota Boston Terrier Club just happened to hold its first specialty show...
...I think this is what we call
